Class teachers of Koriphey gathered for a kick-off session, where, under the guidance of E.V. Rittel, Deputy for Educational Work, and with the support of organising teachers V.A. Simonenko and S.Y. Ustyuzhanina, they actively worked on improving their skills and preparing for the new academic year.

During the session, the participants offered a variety of activities adapted to the age specifics of the pupils, thanks to an introductory ‘libézine’ from psychologist P.V. Kaushanova, which included visual examples.

Once assembled, they climbed the pyramid of logical levels, finding inspiration in images such as Malvina Poppins and the multi-armed Shiva. This helped them to better understand approaches to teaching and interacting with children.

The class teachers also came up with and tested new tools for working with diaries and diaries, which will enable them to organise the learning process more effectively.

An important part of the session was an introduction to the plan of activities for the coming year, where participants assigned roles and tasks, which created a clear structure for further work.

In addition, they learnt the practices of effective communication with parents, solved cases and shared advice, for which they expressed their gratitude to Deputy Director M.V. Kaluzhskaya for the useful experience.

The participants did not forget to refresh their memories about documentation requirements, regulations and safety measures, which is an important aspect of their work.

Now each of them is ready for any tests and is confident that they will be able to lead their class.
